A. Information You Provide

• Account & Contact Data: Email address and name when you create an account, sign in via Google OAuth or magic link, or contact support.
• Loan Estimate Documents: When you use the Done-For-You audit, you upload your 3-page Loan Estimate and related documents. These contain financial details such as loan amount, interest rate, and itemized closing costs.
• Refund Proof: If you request a refund, you may upload lender estimates from three different lenders as proof of savings.
• Support Communications: Messages, scheduling details, and documents you share when booking a support call or requesting help.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Usage & Device Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs.
• Cookies & Local Storage: We use local storage to remember your purchase session, dashboard preferences, and refund-eligibility settings so the site works without repeated sign-ins.
• Email Engagement: We use an open-tracking pixel in transactional emails to measure whether messages were delivered and opened, helping us improve deliverability.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers. Stripe may collect and process payment details subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. We retain a record of your transaction (amount, date, and a Stripe session identifier) to verify your purchase and unlock access.

• Provide, deliver, and maintain the audit services you purchased.
• Review uploaded Loan Estimates and generate ghostwritten counter-offer drafts.
• Process payments, refunds, and performance fees.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, auth links, refund status, and scheduling confirmations).
• Respond to support requests and provide customer service.
• Analyze website traffic and conversions to improve our services and marketing.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data under the following lawful bases:

• Consent — when you opt in to analytics tracking or marketing emails.
• Contract — to deliver the services you purchased and process payments.
• Legitimate interests — for fraud prevention, security, and service improvement.

• Analytics & Advertising: Google Ads conversion tracking (tag AW-18380116474) measures how visitors find our site and whether purchases result from ad clicks. Google may set cookies on your device; you can manage ad personalization through Google Ads Settings or AboutAds.
• Functional: Local storage entries that remember your purchase and dashboard state so you don't have to re-authenticate on every visit.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following categories of service providers and as required by law:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google — ad conversion tracking and authentication (Google sign-in).
• Our hosting and database providers — to store account, document, and session data securely.
• Email delivery providers — to send transactional and support emails.

We retain your account and purchase records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Uploaded Loan Estimate documents are retained for the duration of your audit and refund-eligibility window (up to 14 days after delivery), after which they are deleted unless retention is required for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes. You may request early deletion of your documents at any time (see Your Rights below).

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. Uploaded Loan Estimates are stored in a private, access-controlled storage bucket protected by row-level security policies, so only you and authorized reviewers can access them. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Restriction & Objection — request that we limit or stop certain processing.
• Data Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw Consent — withdraw consent for analytics or marketing at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
